Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. 

Upon experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping times may be delayed. Please allow additional time for transit time if this occurs.

The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-4 days delivery (including Saturdays) from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.

Ko Beauty Cosmetics is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged/stolen in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777 as all packages are insured.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that are returned to Ko Beauty Cosmetics due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.
